#CTC343 CASE an Animal Card

CASE an Animal Card from either catalogue

I've chosen the card on the right on page 86 of the Annual Catalogue:

As you can see I've switched the orientation to portrait to better suit the chosen image and I did CASE an animal card but changed out the characters.

My base card is Petal Pink and the top mat is the same colour. I've stamped the image from Beautiful Moments in Early Espresso ink onto the top mat and coloured with Stampin' Dimensionals.

A frame has been cut from Pansy Petals DSP using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and adhered over the image. The greeting is diecut in Basic White and Highland Heather with the Birthday Chick Dies and adhered slightly offset then popped into place beside a Baker's Twine bow.

To finish I've added some Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels as I didn't have the little flowers used in the CASE card.

I love the movement portrayed in this image.

We would like to see you CASE an animal card and post your picture to our Facebook page using the link over on the right.

Meanwhile - please continue on the hop to see what Judy has created for us this week:

#CTC339 CASE Painted Christmas Suite

CASE the Painted Christmas Suite on pages 16-23 of the Mini Catalogue

I've gone with the card on the right beside the pocket, you'll find it on page 16.

I've started with a base card of Misty Moonlight and added a panel of Whimsy & Wonder Specialty DSP. I've cut a shape from Stitched So Sweetly Dies in Basic White and stamped a greeting from Whimsical Trees in Misty Moonlight ink. I've diecut two trees from Soft Succulent and one from Blushing Bride using the Christmas Trees Dies and attached to the greeting before adhering to the card. My crinkled seam binding ribbon has been tied in a bow in lieu of the tail in the original.

Such sweet DSP - but another that's hard to photograph because you can't tell there's foil hiding in that picture. Let's try in the sunshine - still tricky - you really need to see this in real life!!

We hope to see you play along with the crew this week. SImply post the photo of your card using the link over on the right (after you've been approved) before next Sunday evening.

Next on the hop we have our lovely Rebecca and her fabulous, cheery Christmas take:
