My take uses a card I have created before, but I swapped out the colours to partake in the challenge. I used the Striped Scallop Thinlit to cut the pieces, and embossed a selection of them with the Decorative Dots TIEF. I heat embossed the greeting from Fabulous Four in black. I think this could be useful for a few birthdays this month! (in case you are wondering yes, the rules allow me to use black).
