A few choices on page 103 for your layout, once you decide you just switch the theme.
I've gone with the card on the bottom right:
I've made a bolder colour choice than the greys in the photo. Onto a base card of Crushed Curry is a full size panel of Mosaic Mood Specialty DSP. On a separate piece of Crushed Curry I've inked the Butterfly Wishes image that matches the Butterfly Duet punch with Mango Melody.and stamped all over. To dull down the impact a little, I've added a mat of Crumb Cake. I liked the position of the layer onto the background so have replicated that as well. Next is a 2 1/2" circle of Pressed Petals DSP. The butterfly is in the same Mango Melody ink but onto whisper white card, punched out then added using a Stampin' Dimensional. The words are from Good Morning Magnolia and cut apart to get the message I wanted. Finished off with rhinestones.
Please continue on the hop and visit the lovely Judy May. After that make a card, take a photo and paste to our Facebook page using the link over on the right - you have until next Sunday evening, don't forget to add #CTC239
Oh this is wonderful. Love the repeatedly stamped butterflies! And the greeting looks awesome.
ReplyDeleteI love how we can choose the same card to case but then it looks totally different. I love your bold colour choices and the butterflies teamed with the Mosaic Mood DSP looks great.
ReplyDeleteI love everythign about this, Sandra. Beautiful card. I love Crushed Curry - it doesn't get nearly enough love! Your choice of DSP and the butterfly stamping are perfect.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Sandra, I love how you've "cut apart" the sentiment, very clever.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the positioning to the right adds a lovely point of difference to this card, and the butterflies are a great subject.

ReplyDeleteGreat CASE, Sandra. The Mosaic Mood DSP makes a great background for your element.
