Can you believe we're already two thirds of the way through Sale-a-Bration? We're heading back there this week:
I've chosen to CASe some of the elements in this card at the top of page 2 in the second release Sale-a-Bration catalogue:
I started with the Stripes and my choice of DSP was Tropical Escape. I used my new Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies to cut the centre out of the DSP (bonus diecut ready for another project!) I've embossed Granny Apple Green cardstock with the 3D TIEF Layered Leaves and adhered it to a thick Whisper White card base. My framed DSP was placed over the top with a greeting in Shaded Spruce from Petal Palette tucked into the corner. A Springtime Impressions diecut was snipped a bit and used in place of the stamped and coloured flowers. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the placement of my flowers but I did like the contrast of the white against the background.
How about joining us? Create, take a photo and add it to our Facebook page using the link over to the right. But before you go, please pop over and visit the delightful Liz and see what she has been up to:

ReplyDeleteGreat CASE Sandra. Your card is so bright and fun, I love how you've snipped the die cut flowers
ReplyDeleteFabulous CASE! The white flowers really pop against the green and I think you've placed them beautifully.
