#CTC396 CASE a Watercolour Project

CASE a Watercolouring Project:

I've turned to Page 179 for my CASE of the hostess set on the top left:

I've stamped two images and a greeting from Sit Stay Relax using Soft Suede ink onto Basic White cardstock. These have been diecut using the Layering Circles Dies. The same dies were used with Cajun Craze cardstock and they were all adhered to a base of Petal Pink cardstock. Using my good old favourite (retired) Flowers for Every Season Gems to finish.

The original had another circle of colour but I like odd numbers so dropped it.

We hope to see you play along with the challenge this week and look forward to you sharing your project on our Facebook page, you can use the link over on the right if you need to.

Next up we are visiting Lauren:

#CTC379 Sale-a-bration

We are returning to the Sale-a-bration catalogue for this week's challenge:

I've used the card on the right of Page 10:

Onto a base of Tahitian tide cardstock, I've added a full size panel of Tea Boutique DSP with a circle cut out of it using the Layering Circles Dies. From another piece of Tea Boutique DSP I've cut a teacup with the Teacup Dies and added baker's twine and a bow then attached the cup in place with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The greeting from Sit Stay Relax is stamped in Orchid Oasis onto Basic White cardstock and fussy cut then also attached with Stampin' Dimensionals. To finish a few of the (retired) Metallic Pearls.

Nothing like a nice cup of tea!

We hope you get to join us with the challenge this week. Make your card and post it to our Facebook page using the link over on the right before next Sunday evening.

Next up we're off to visit Monique:

#CTC373 CASE an Embossing Project

CASE an Embossing Project from either the new Annual Catalogue or the soon to retire January-June Mini Catalogue:

I've chosen the square card on Page 47 which has been CASEd by some of the crew in previous challenges:

I've used Petal Pink card for all my layers including the base. The first layer was embossed with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. The circles were cut using the Beautiful Shapes Dies and sponged around the edges with Petal Pink ink.

The greeting stamped in the same colour ink is from the new Hostess set, Sit Stay Relax. After stamping the greeting I've added the circles to the top layer using Stampin' Dimensionals.

I've stamped the smallest pet image using Gray Granite ink onto Basic White cardstock and fussy cut then added it to the card choosing to omit the ribbon this time. .

It's not a big card, being 4 1/8" square but just a little different from my usual designs.

We hope you can find an Embossing Project to inspire you to join us with a challenge project this week. Post your card photo to our Facebook page using the link over on the right before next Sunday evening.

Next up we have a little bit of monkey business from Michelle:
