CASE a Glittery/Sparkly Project - Bring on the Bling
I've decided to use the image 2nd from the right on Page 80. The heat embossing was my target for the sparkly aspect, although I opted not to do any for my CASE.
For one more week you can choose the Oh So Ombre DSP as your free Sale-a-bration item with qualifying purchase.
I've cut strips of the Blackberry Bliss Oh So Ombre sheet with the dot pattern and adhered them to a panel of Whisper White which was then added to a base of Blackberry Bliss.
I've diecut a Rectangle Stitched Die from the plain Blackberry Bliss Oh So Ombree sheet and added Bokeh dots with my Whisper White Craft Stamp pad and a sponge. I'd punched circles using 1/2", 3/4" and 1" onto scrap card for my stencil.
The butterflies were cut using the Butterfly Beauty dies with Blackberry Bliss and Whisper White cardstock which were adhered together and trimmed to become single butterflies. The greeting is from A Touch of Ink stamped onto Whisper White card using Blackberry Bliss ink..
We would love to see your take on a Glittery or Sparkly project from the January-June mini catalogue. Just add it to our Facebook page using the link over on the right.
Next on the hop we have Judy and her delightful project:
The ombre stripes behind the main panel are such a clever idea. And the double layered butterflies are so lovely! What a marvellous card!ReplyDelete
I love your monochromatic take on the original, and love the strips of ombre DSP, a great way to use them.ReplyDelete
Love the ombré blackberry bliss with the bokeh dots. It looks great in just the white and blackberry bliss.ReplyDelete
Oh I love those butterflies! So pretty.ReplyDelete
